The standard of PCBA testing:
Class A not qualified: Damage to human body or equipment.
Class B not qualified: Defects that may cause product damage, abnormal function or affect the service life of the product due to the material.
Class C not qualified: Defects in appearance.
2. The methed of pcbA testing:
Condition of inspection: Wear protective gloves and electrostatIC bracelet.
Methed: Place the product to be inspected at a distance of about 25cm from eyes, up and down, left and right 45 degrees, and inspect it visually or with triple magnification.
